Roughly building Shape

After three classes, we decide to build a house that looks like pentagon at outside and round inside. The building material will be rock. There will be one sitting room; one kitchen; 1 dinning room; one study; two bathrooms and three bedrooms in the house. And there will be one garage and one storage reservoir near the house. The length of pentagon side is ten miles(for the moment)
